Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Click Labs handles information through our website, lead ordering service, and connected delivery tools. Contact support@clicklabs.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected states, lead quantity, order and payment status, and any optional GoHighLevel delivery webhook you provide. We also process lead contact details, state, beneficiary responses, and relevant conversation records to deliver the service. Our hosting and payment providers may collect technical information such as IP addresses and browser or transaction information.

How we use information

We use information to process orders, match leads to your selected states, create and share delivery sheets, send order and new-lead notifications, provide requested CRM delivery, prevent duplicate orders and fraud, resolve support requests, and maintain service records.

Payments and service providers

Whop processes checkout and payment information. Click Labs receives payment identifiers and status needed to fulfill an order; we do not collect full card numbers through our order form. We use hosting, messaging, Google Sheets and, when requested, GoHighLevel services to operate and deliver orders. Relevant information is shared with these providers and the agent assigned a lead for those purposes. Exclusive leads are not resold to additional agents.

Google account access

Our Google connection uses permission to create and manage the files used by this application. It creates lead delivery spreadsheets and grants access to the ordering agent and our fulfillment service. It does not require access to Gmail messages. Google account credentials and authorization tokens are used for this connection, not shared with customers. We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke the application's access in your Google Account permissions; this may interrupt sheet creation or updates.

Optional CRM delivery

If you request GoHighLevel delivery, we send lead details to the webhook you supply. Keep that URL private and provide only a destination you control or are authorized to use. You are responsible for your CRM permissions, workflow settings, and subsequent use of delivered data.

Messages and browser storage

Your order phone number is used for the sheet link and lead alerts you request. You can contact support to change notification preferences. Where supported, reply STOP to stop text notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Our order page uses browser session storage to help prevent duplicate checkout submissions. Hosting and payment providers may use their own necessary cookies or storage.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain information as needed for fulfillment, support, dispute handling, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use access controls and secure connections, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction requirements. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply.

Updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
